What can I do to ascend? Currently growing out my hair and in a calorie deficit . Specifically looking for advice on skin, side profile (hyoid area) and smile lines. Softmax only. 5ft 11

First of all get to the gym drop weight cut to around 11% BF for hyoid ill recommend dropping weight first of all if your hyoid would still be bad start training neck
For skin ill suggest ghk-cu

Will starving not have a negative impact on growth and hormones? Also softmaxxing is far more preferable for me, do you know of any ways I can widen my mouth to get a better mouth to nose width ratio?

starve was not in a literal way, just eat less calories, and no you cant do, but u could shrink down your nose with accutane and hydrocortison, it gives you better a ratio but not a wider mouth
