Im 14 and want to know if anyone could give me any tips on ascending.Im aiming to ascend without peptides.Im also planning not to take accutane since it might affect my growth since im stilll growing. I also noticed that my face was asymmetric and was wondering if anyone knows to fix this.

sleeping on your back to fix asymmetry is the stupidest shit that has ever been spread through mainstream advice. Sleeping on your back isnt going to magically smash your bones into the right position

u lowk got potential but you just gotta fix your acne, imrpove posture, debloat, get more sleep and use a caffine serum under your eyes, fix your hair, groom eyebrows and go to the gym

i wouldnt recommend accutane, it has some bad side effects, just cut out sugar and go from there. clean up your diet
