Can you give me recommendations on how to ascend. I currently weigh 78kg for reference. Surgery recommendations are welcome as well.

In terms of fixable failos fixing your poor undereye support is your best bet to get rid of that sclera show. Implants/filler/lower eyelid retraction are your options I think. You want to augment your infraorbitals higher to provide more support to the lower eyelid.

Then you’ll be htn and can slay since you’ll look quite nt.
