What can i do to better my looks at 14

Im 14 and 5,2 or like 160cm and i need help on what can i improve and yeah i am cheeckbitting in this photo but i dont know if i should go on a cut to get a slimmer face but ive resewrched that then i wont reach my desired height for 6ft and over and i am a late bloomer my dad is 183 and mom 165cm so i should be able to get 180 if i eat good and healthy
