Some anecdotes claim that there are significant gains in lip width with a mouth expander but there is no promising literature on it.

Do not attempt mouth cutting as you will be left with the same lip width just with scarring

Your best bet is a combination of filler/botox

yeah lol, i hate the amount of misleading users there are

im not against risk, if it truly worked i wouldnt be so against it

but there would always be scarring anyways
