if you dont already have a solid routine try this:

Morning
-wash face with water (can you cleanser but unnecessary unless you have oily skin)
-moisturizer
-spf 30+

Night
-Cerave hydrating cleanser or foaming(oily)
-tretinoin or adapalene (start once/week and slowly increase frequency over months)
-Moisturizer

-you can use salicylic cleanser on a couple days per week that you dont apply tret/adapalene
-less is more

your acne isnt that bad so idealy try to stay away from accutane
