What can i do to fix my eye area and my current plan. (Looking to plan ASAP)

First two are my normal eye area as unfrauded as I can possibly make it. Third is me squinting hard and as you can see under eye aswell as upper eye need fat grafting so that was a must for my current plan

Issues: my eyes fucking buldge, orbital decompression is known to fix this and I'm not sure what the fuck to do. My browridge is subhuman which probably doesn't help but I'm open to ALL suggestions. Money isn't really an issue atm.

Bhai, go to Dr Raymond Douglas for OD, he won’t botch you. Remember, Franks case is literally ONE botch. The statistics on orbital decompression are for Graves’ disease patients who need much more decompression than you would, which makes the surgery seem riskier than it actually is when done for cosmetic reasons. For Graves’ disease, they als decompress more than one wall, whereas for cosmetic cases it is usually only one. Taban did a 3 or 2 wall decompression on Frank, which is what majorly botched him. Avoid any surgeon that would decompress this much. People also misunderstand that high complication rate =! botch rate.

No fat grafting alone won’t suffice. Your eye area is extremely bad, I’m in a similar boat though my supraorbital fat region is a lot better. My advice is first get your eye bulging checked with an oculoplastic surgeon with a Hertel protrusion test. If ur protrusion is above 21mm, i would consider getting OD done. You at the minimum need infras and fat grafting, could do botox or supra implants as well.

No point going into surgery if you're not healthy, firstly you wont see good results and have a higher chance of poor healing, then youre more likely to blame the surgery if you still dont look good when its your health markers that are down. Lastly, surgery when not healthy is not safe. Try to control your facial expression more and sleep upright with something to support forward posture, either a neck pillow or a mouth guard while sleeping upright.

I sleep 7+ hours a day, diet is good, my face has good collagen and I'm pretty healthy, my under eye area I assume is tear through because I have bones there. My jaw is good which is probably why I get most of my slays. It's just my fucked up eyes.

Nothing as of yet, moneymaxxing rn and then will get OD done. I also have a subhuman eye area that nerfs me a lot.

Cantho, infras, supras, fat grafting to upper eye lid. Minoxidil to thicken the eyebrows. Cantho, infras and fat grafting at the minimum, maybe supras as well. Research more into supras as I don’t know much about them.

Not going to lie, supraorbital implants scare me a bit because a coronal scalp incision might be required if the implant extends to the glabella. Right now, I’m maximizing my “softmaxxing.” I’m using topical minoxidil and Latisse, and I’m about to start dermapening and using lash serum for both my eyelashes and eyebrows. Once my brows and lashes are thicker, I plan to dye them black once a month and get them shaped straighter.
I’ll also be getting Botox in December to try to lower my eyebrows, so hopefully that helps my naturally high brow position. Honestly, I think I just want to do fat grafting to the upper and lower eyelids. I’m still open to infraorbital implants and fat grafting to the upper eyelid, though. I just don’t know yet who I should go to for all of this or when I’ll actually do it.

100% get fat grafting, botox but also make sure you do cantho. Cantho is relatively safe provided you go to a good eye surgeon, such as Dr Raymond Douglas not somewhere in Turkey (they have quite extreme results there). This should massively improve your look
