What would I look like with bimax? Also the surgery is so unavailable in the UK, is it popular in the USA?Temporary would be chin fillers. Long term would be bimax/bsso.
Go to your orthodontist and ask him for it. I don't believe it's unavailable there. What would I look like with bimax? Also the surgery is so unavailable in the UK, is it popular in the USA?
I have had two teeth removed, how could you tell?Did u have extractions?
I could tell by the overly poor jaw development. That is not natural. Extractions had to be made. Although doing the extractions has made thing 100% worseI have had two teeth removed, how could you tell?
So it's quite severe then? Is there anything my orthodontist could have done differently when I was younger (e.g. braces or whatever, I never wore any) to prevent my jaw from looking like this? And more importantly, anything I can do now to fix it?I could tell by the overly poor jaw development. That is not natural. Extractions had to be made.
Depends on what teeth u removed, i guess wisdom teeth. it is quite severe as you lose bone mass in adition to having that recessed look making ur jaw look extremely narrow. I think surgery (Bimax ccw rotation) followed by dental implants is the way to go. Maybe some sort of a palate expander has to be done too, because i guess u have a narrow palate. So it's quite severe then? Although I have no idea what the hyoid bone is, it's nice to know that at least something is good... I definitely don't have the 30/40k right now but I will start saving up because I'd honestly rather fix this than put a deposit on a house at this point lol.double jaw surgery + genio will give you a model jawline
The hyoid bone is in a very good place
If you have 30/40k go see Alfaro to do it
do you have sleep apnea? Trouble breathing ? feeling tired all the time even with 8h of sleep? if yes then u will have free surgery covered after sleep studyAlthough I have no idea what the hyoid bone is, it's nice to know that at least something is good... I don't even know where to start with this sort of thing unfortunately, anyone know? Like I'm assuming this isn't the sort of thing I can just ask my dentist about, and from my research there aren't many bimax surgeons in my country.
Should he replace his extracted teeth with implants? This dude is your twin , he got bimax genio
Not sure if trouble breathing applies to me but I do suspect that I may have sleep apnea. Trouble falling asleep and waking up in the middle of the night is basically my life. I have heard before that this may be related to a poorly developed jaw but I thought trying to get free jaw surgery just from me telling the doctor that seemed like a long shot. However I suppose it’s definitely worth trying, so I will look into it and see what the doctor says.do you have sleep apnea? I can do a professional morph of your jawline after jaw surgery
That’s an awesome result. I’m guessing genio is definitely not something the free healthcare would cover though, just the bimax right? Do you think a bimax alone would help me or is genio a big factor here? This dude is your twin , he got bimax genio

how to make sure one will sleep on back? i find myself waking up on stomach or side but can start sleeping on back. having sleep apnea consultation with doc next week and probably get the home-test machine too. lower jaw recession atleast 10mm...and yes symptoms u described us clearly sleep apnea, u need a sleep study to confirm and make sure u sleep ON YOUR BACK
When i did my sleep study i really tried to sleep on back and be the more uncomfortable possibl to be positive , so just try that's it , if you wake up on dude it's ok, the goal is to be positive at this testhow to make sure one will sleep on back? i find myself waking up on stomach or side but can start sleeping on back. having sleep apnea consultation with doc next week and probably get the home-test machine too. lower jaw recession atleast 10mm...![]()
Even if the doctor does conclude that I have sleep apnea, do you think it’s likely that they’d suggest & pay for jaw surgery as a fix? Is it possible that they’d just give me one of those sleep machines instead to use for the rest of my life as I’m guessing that’s a cheaper & preferable option for normies (over an invasive jaw surgery)? When i did my sleep study i really tried to sleep on back and be the more uncomfortable possibl to be positive , so just try that's it , if you wake up on dude it's ok, the goal is to be positive at this test
it’s been so long I don’t remember, I was about 12 when I had the extractions. What type of teeth did u extract?

Is "maxillomandibular advancement surgery" the correct name for the surgery that I need? Everyone says bimax but I can't find anything about that here in the UK.bro even if they give you the machine just lie and say you cannot sleep with it the rs it and u will get jaw surgery
Even normie get Bimax for sleep apnea , it's not invasive
