in my experience under eye creams or serums are total cope. Use volufiline which basically stimulates fat growth in the applied area, you can put this under your eyes to give them more support and therefore less sag and discoloring. Tinted moisturizers and sunscreens are also obviously gonna be a solution albeit less permanent, and for fine lines I’d honestly just say get Botox.
