I'm already lean af.
My face looks so fat because I have no Jaw, no Cheekbones and alot of facefat genetically.

Jaw angle implants sounds interesting.
But, have you noticed my chin is really weak? In reality it looks worse than in this pic tbh.

I had braces when I was 13-15 yrs and I have normal bite.

I get insane headache from bonesmashing. Also I'm not a big fan of asymetry. But thanks for the advice.

I wear a thick beard rn so no sideprofile pic will help cuz u can't see my skull.
The picture shown above is the best sideprofile pic I have, if that's not good enough - well ok can't do anything about that rn.
