Recessed infraorbitals are bone, thus only surgery can fix them. They are not a huge issue on your face comparatively.

Lowk fat, im guessing as i loose weight they'll fade if it's not from my infras?

i suspect its half fat half recession since you have dark under eyes and those are almost always indicative of the lack of support. If you dont want to go the hardmaxxing route just healthmax
