So first thing I noticed ur kinda fat so lose weight. next ur skin is pretty bad, so I would get on Accutane ( this will also help ur nose appear smaller.) next thing I would do is change ur haircut and create a real routine. You also should shave ur mustache and goatee.
these are the first things u can do to get a good base. and then u can do other things. Lmk if u have anyquestions
