Yesterday I went for a health checkup session after 6 months and my dental reports were pretty bad.The report got worse from what it was,last time I had received my reports.
The doctor said that my teeth was dirty and needed aligners because of bad spacing.
I don't have any bite problem but I desperately need to clean my teeth because they really are dirty.
Few months ago they started to get brown and it got browner gradually probably because of some bad habit/hygiene,hence I have this problem of dirty teeth.
I don't understand where the problem lies exactly.I brush my teeth for almost 10 minutes daily but I only do it once,that is in the morning.I sometimes don't clean my mouth properly after eating food so that could also be one of the reasons.
Do y'all have any guide or solution to overcome this problem?
I need to get straight white teeth asap!

The other reports like Cardio Vascular System,ENT(Ears,Nose and Tongue)
Gastrointestinal System had no issues at all thankfully
