I’m 16yo i wanna get most progress the quickest I just ordered RAD-140 capsules im wondering if they work or not if so are they good. What else should i do or need to get quickest results

Just put in the work consistently. If it were easy to achieve, people wouldn’t praise good physiques. I don’t get the idea of always being in a rush and avoiding the actual work. Split doesn't matter too much just consistency and hitting everything 2x

get 150g of animal protein daily (non negotiable) from lowfat sources like extra lean ground meat, 0% fat yogurt, chicken breast skim milk etc, so you can use the rest of your caloric allowance to spam carbs like potatoes rice fruits fruit juices white sugar etc especially before your workout for max motor unit recruitment. Have liver and eggs here and there for nutrient density and hormones but you don't need those on a daily basis like carnivore copers pretend


Working hard doesn't really matter if you don't do these basics, also don't take rad 140 and crash your hormones at 16 it's dumb my friends took rad 140 and they all had ED and crazy back acne didnt even look good

yeah I was thinking abt the rad pills for like a month then hopping on something to get it back up
 
Retard rad-140 will supress the shit out of ur poduction with not better gains than if u were to inject test! Do more research before u fuck up yourself

my bad meant supress, anyway can you explain I was gonna do the rad for a month then enclo right after
Rad-140 will supress ur natural production, u are avoiding test out of fear mongering probably, but u will get little gains and ur test will be supressed as if u were to do a proper cycle

Yeah I’m a little nerv to start test lol… I chose rad because my friend went on it and seen great progress in like a month then hopped on enclo after, only little gains? I heard the rad works good And quickly not sure tho still new with rad and all
