I’m currently around 138–140 pounds and 5’9”. My goal is to reach 147–150 pounds by May or June so I can feel confident going into summer. I’m fairly lean right now, but nothing extreme. I’ve been lifting consistently for about 8 months (since July 2025), and I’d like some feedback on what I should improve. If possible, I’d also appreciate an estimate of my body fat percentage.
