What can I do to grow when I can’t use hgh?

I have facial fibrosis dysplasia that cause me to have a bone growth in my face. It stops me from breathing out of the left nose by about 70 percent. I’m also only 5,7 at 16. If I take hgh I risk making the bone growth bigger and making my face more loptsided. What should I do about this? I know I’m getting surgery to remove it after I’m done growing which is not ideal because with my growth plates closed I won’t grow any taller.
