Tinder I’m not going that good my friend mogs me with matches and I don’t think I have as good appeal as him, anything I can do?

I currently weigh around 76 kg but I look small af because I’m 188cm/6’2 I’m gonna try to gain 10 kg but it’s taking time, I think if I looked bigger it would really raise my appeal

What I can see from your 4th photo, you look skinny fat. You may try out sarms if you want faster results

Also your pictures are very bad, where are the high quality pictures in social settings?

Having good quality pictures is 99% of it. There's nothing wrong with your appearance

Have you got any chronical illnesses you should be aware of?
If not, and you have a stable training routine and good diet, there are hardly any risks using sarms. You can prevent any testosterone suppression using SERMs during cycle

I don’t know if it counts but I have depression and I’m on antidepressants, can I still use sarms?

Gymaxx, Neckmaxx, improve skin, and take better pics. Also look into remedies for improving lip coloring/tone, very important stuff my friend.

A few softmaxxes and you're good to go

Most people here including me will never have that many in a year, you might just be a bit mentalcel

Watch more plates more dates and learn why not to use sarms, they aren’t any safer and they are less studied. Optimize diet and sleep first, if you are strictly trying to look better in shirts, focus on shoulders, to look more wide, Lats too along with neck, but only the sides of the neck so you get aesthetic without sleep apnea. Also only train neck until it is straight in line with the outsides of the face, don’t get a mike Tyson neck. Also many PED’s fuck collagen, not all but most. So ideally get on a good diet with good sleep, I highly recommend getting on the vertical diet, the book is free if you go to zlib.org

Thanks but I’m getting mogged buy my friend though he has 130 more matches than me :/. I’m 17 but turning 18 next year. I didn’t always look like this this was me like two years ago

I have a decent diet and I’m getting enough sleep and working out 6 days a week. But I’m 188cm/6’2 feels like im never going to look wide or big because of my height
Plug a typical day of eating into Cronometer, like just log what you ate today and see if your macros and micros are met, the vertical diet hits all macros and micros in an easy way. Also 6 days is too much, workout 3-4 days a week. You are not working hard enough or you are working out too hard and missing gains. You should only need 3-4 days a week. 5 at most. Also I’m 6’3 and I’m wide af and lean, it just takes time and patience and discipline, I measure all my food and track everything. IF YOU GET ON PEDS, you increase the chance of you fucking up 2 of the most important things, hair and collagen. Don’t even think about ordering PEDS unless you research them heavily, but you would be better off spending that time researching all the ways to naturally increase muscle.

I watched Greg doucettes video on mk-677 and it doesn’t look to dangerous as other things, it would also make me more hungry so that would be a plus

Don't compare yourself to your friend man, just do your best
Honestly the best advice I can give you is focus on different things than your looks, dont obesess over it because you have no reason to. Neither your face or your height holds you back, you'll get even better looking with more appeal in the next years bc of maturing
