what can i do to fix my facial aesthetics (besides losing weight, i’m already doing that)

currently: on tretinoin and ghk_cu to get rid of acne (has worked so far), growing my hair out bc my barber fucked my shit up and made me look gay

Your hair looks good, you can't do much besides surgery and gymcelling
