What can I do to help my frame?

The front distance for my hips is actually closer to 12” but I measured roughly 11.5 based on where I felt the widest part of my pelvic bone since it will be roughly 11.5” with a bit of fat reduction. Other than loosing weight there isn’t shit I can do about my hip width. If I could grow my bidelt another 2” I’d have a 2:1 shoulder waist but my hips are still larger than my waist which is my biggest falio frame wise.

Maybe I should continue my quest getting leaner and stop skipping the gym and injections and see where I end up. But I’d like advice on reducing hip/waist size and increasing shoulder mass and bideltoid length

Cutting more will shrinkwrap and tighten your waist/pelvic region.

It will just look tighter and more appealing once abs, obliques and V-line shows
I see. What about waist trainers or any type of surgery to reduce bone mass on the side of the pelvis through shaving / cutting does that even exist

Just lose more weight and overtime build your abs and it will give you a more appealing pelvic region,

As you can see, Kino has a similar pelvic structure to you ( bigger hips than waist) but still looks very very good because of his muscle, abs and obliques. You can get some sort of hip shaving with Dr Eppley I believe but it’s risky due to nerve endings

I could make them appear straighter with my obliques but that would mean my waist would be wider, ideally if I got leaner then my waist would drop a little to 28” and then grow back to 29” due to muscle mass and have a straight torso making my hips and waist appear the same size while both being pretty small. That’s generally the top teir body builder look doubt it will happen the way I’m thinking in my head hips would probably still be to wide

You still have some fat to lose as well so your base pelvic structure might be tighter regardless

Looks a bit better when I use my hands to pull the fat away but we will see if I ever get leaner

not possible brochacho but 20 inch bidelt and 28 inch hips is pretty solid for 6’0.5

bro i'm not sure about that, you have to quickly figure it out
trust me i have an extremely minor hyno (only the nipple is affected) and it ruins my physique (i can see the difference when i put cold on it), this should be your priority

if you want to lose fat just spam jump rope and eat more protein

I’m loosing fat pretty quickly I should be down to 10% body fat in a few weeks. Down 13 pounds in like 2 weeks rn just need to increase protein tbh and get back in the gym
 
clavicles stop growing at 25
just be patient theory
