What can i do to improve health indicators?

Current plan is to get a trimax whether covered by insurance or paid oit of pocket paired with infra implant/graft also hop on low dose of accutane is this enough to ascend my health indicators? One of the things I hate the most is my freckles makes your skin never look fully clear but not sure if theres any easy way to fix this.
