It stand for parebral fissure lenth, basically the width of your eyes,yours is good so i think supra+i fra implants will acend you a lot, if your on a tight budget go with infra implants and a fat graft

I think soem chin height could def help, filler is absolute dogshit in almost all cases, the bedt place to do them tho is still chin as longas you only do a bit. Implant is still suppurior tho because of long term price,customisiability,versitility, consistency and ovr long term look since theres no migration
