What can I do to improve my eye area? Need help

Sorry for the horrible quality my camera isn't working properly. One of my flaws is my eye area. I feel like there's too rounded and I have some upper eyelid exposure with a weird look but some girls say my eyes and stare are cute but I don't believe them.
I'm thinking of going to someone who'll shape my eyebrows+get castor oil.
Any suggestion is welcome might consider some kind of surgery too
