You can't make any change without surgery, not even 0.1 Points up without surgery.
Lemme list out all the things you need:
1. Fix eyebrow, go to professional who will make your eyebrows symmetrical after they start to regrow get epilation to preserve permanent eyebrow shape.
2. Go to dermatologist to fix uneven patches and pimples on your face.
3. Get fillers around upper and lower eye lids, you have wrinkles on lower eyelid. And tbh you have negative canthal tilt, but it is very mild so a good professional can inject fillers to slightly fix that eye tilt by injecting it in upper eyelid area.]
4. Use some kind of lip coloration product + you need very mild change on upper lip, filler can fix this.
^ These are all less expensive and softer changes on your face.
Now let me list out hard changes.
1. Ear surgery, gotta make those ears symmetrical and slightly need to appear smaller.
2. Rhinoplasty of course, but you do not need regular rhinoplasty you also need septo-rhinoplasty. Your nose is a really hard case in my opinion, so carefully find a very good reputable plastic surgeon who can fix you properly and not inflict further deformation on the nose. Your columella is non-existent which has to be fixed. (As you had broken nose, there is possibility that you will have functional problems + cosmetic needs so if you have insurance cost can be partially covered which is good.
3. Sliding genioplasty or chin implant, you need slight horizontal position for the chin.

Btw side profile of your nose which I photoshopped is not accurate w front profile. I just made it so you get general idea how nose should look like from the side. (y)

Start saving up money.

And do more research into the surgery's. Cause you 100% need one for that nose.

Thankfully rhinoplasty is one of the cheaper surgeries.

You have a very slightly recessed maxilla, the cheek line doesn't show forward support relative to the nose bridge. A truly ideal maxilla provides better cheekbone projection and lip support.

Your upper lip sits somewhat behind an ideal position, which is a classic visual sign of mild-to-moderate maxillary retrusion.

Your CMR is not great (your jaw angling downwards)

You need a Le Fort 1 to project your mid face and support your upper lip better, and then you need a mandibular advancement + CCW rotation of the maxillomandibular complex to bring the chin forward/up and counteract the downward rotation you see.

A genioplasty will help too with the extra projection.

You also probably have a narrow palate, so consider MARPE.
