I think you should get surgery until you reach HTN. May be expensive, but I see the vision. Right now ur LTN tho If im being honest but I see no glaring unfixable ratio flaw. But you do need surgery and quite a bit too to ever be considered widely attractive. The picture has some lense distortion so I keep that in mind but overall you are still Mid-High LTN

Trimax will fix his jaw tho lol. And chin, give it forward growth. If it somehow is still bad afterward then he should just get gonial implants

You realize trimax is a serious procedure which can also end badly. Surgeons say ‘surgery can make everything worse’ for a reason. He should definitely consider softmaxxing first before an agressive jaw surgery.

He should get Trimax. Trimax is serious but the complication rates are very low. And Trimax in like 95% of the cases have done a lot of good for the people who got it. OP has a visible malocclusion and needs trimax
