You're already hmtn to lhtn, honestly, I'd suggest just working out so you get that physique halo. Ofc girls aren't only going to be seeing your face, but with a lean physique, you'd be put in htn appeal. Also potassium max so you get hollow cheeks, you already have the mandible + cheekbone combo for them
