Im 18y, I have allergic rhinitis, and I have seborrheic dermatitis (white spots on my eyes, close to my nose, and white hair in my eyebrows)

Fat graft upper eyelid , cantho for eye areea maybe even malar implants

Go see and orthodontist also your lower third is cooked and braces with palatal expansion then jaw surgery will help but idk wich surgery right now but you have a short ramus

It’s def not over but ca only improve with hardmaxes
