I would say try a short stubble, also work out and train your neck

You get a weight-plate, at a beginner's level I'd recommend something like 5 lbs; you can just go to a gym. Place the plate on your head and do neck curls.

3. Grow your neck to 18-20 inches by doing neck curls and neck extension 3-5 days per week
4. Grow out your hair to medium length and don't use hair gel so you have a fringe (like tiktok guys)
5. Grow a beard (stubble for a lean face, bigger beard for a fatter face, you choose)

Your problem is that you lack harmony so your face isn't attractive. If you do the 5 things I listed, you'll definitely ascend to where you want to be.

There are no ways to do it without a product, however there is not just one way to do it, there are many ways.
If you want to get it done right I recommend you find a good medical aesthetician near you since they specialize in that kind of stuff and they can give you the right product. Because you will need to avoid getting lips that are too thick, otherwise it will look unnatural and weird.

You don't need huge lips, you just need to make your lips as big as they should normally be, so tell the medical aesthetician that you want lips that look more normal and they will fix that for you. And since it is just fillers and not a surgery, it is usually quite cheap and that can be done quickly.

Then you can move onto the other things that I listed.
