What can i do to improve the way my bumass looks

I'm 5'8 at 17, I think im done growing tbf I'm not gonna be delusional about it I'm a manlet, I have an x ray of my hand but I'll have to dig for it. It's genuinely Over for me I'm broke I live in a third world country I cantt afford androgens and anabolics, even if I could I live with my strict ass parents so even if I did have the money theres no way I could get any compounds. Can yall gen tell me what I can actually do to improve the way I look. I've recently been bonesmashing (idk if it's cope or doesn't work but I'm done i don't even gaf if it doesn't work anymore I'm still bsing, not like a retard tho), and also I struggle with sleep even if i tried I csnt sleep before 5am, not a single thing is going good. Did I.mention that im a framelet too

Dk for sure if I'd call that a good physique, waist is cooked but I guess it's not bad for 17, although mine was quite a bit better at 18 in hs with no gear.

Can you get hydrocortisone or accutane for your nose? Maybe cut your mouth too or something it's lacking a little width.

Its cuz he has bad posture his hips look bad, i was kinda just dnr'ing his post.

I dont think hips matter cuz ur not a foid lol, i think it shows u have potential for massive shoulders but idk.

Not yet atleast, maybe when I finish hs next year and get a job i will + im going to a dermatologist soon and considering my family history and horrible acne (my dad and uncle both were on accutane) I'm prolly getting accutane
