To fix your eyebrows and lashes, just get The Ordinary's "Multi-Peptide Lash & Brow Serum", works great and its like 20$

What can I do to fix my brows?

dye them + derma roller and minoxidil

Use 5% Minoxidil foam on your brows to increase thickness, any brow serum containing prostaglandin f2a analogues will also work, dont use a Minoxidil solution as it could irritate your skin.

Get a lip flip (surgical not botox) and fat transfer to your lower lip as needed.
