What can I do to improve?

A lot of work, money and patience :

1-You are heavlily recessed. A bimax+genio is ultra necessary
2-Rhino for your nose, I think you already know it.
3-You have scleral show so lower eye lids retraction obviously.

Start with those 3 procedures and it will easily ascend you from subhuman to mtn.

Don't let the people in here calling you ugly, except for a few outliers we all are normies or slightly under.

Agreed with @VenatorLuparius. Those surgeries alone will take atleast a year to schedule and recover from.

Nah he already knows he's not good looking but with proper guidance, patience and curiosity he could ascend to mtn.

He just needs to get familiar with the basics, plan his surgeries and get the hell out of here.

Don't cast him off : he's like a beginner at the gym, don't overlook him because he can't lift more than the 20lbs.

Ye I know, I won't have surgery all over my face. Only the urgent things such as recessed chin and MAYBE nose. But nothing else.

It's not just your chin bro but your whole jaw : maxilla+ mandible included. Please don't think that a genio will solve your problems. If you don't live in a third world country your insurance will easily cover your bimax surgery given how recessed you are.

Yeah I meant that. I'm very very beginner to all the terms that in this forum all of you use. What's the difference between Bimax, BSSO, Genio? My insurance actually covers bimax surgery. Also, is Bimax same as Orthognatic Surgery?

Bimax and BSSO are basically the same it’s a procedures which cut opens both your maxxila (upper jaw) and mandible (lower jaw) and move them forward.

A sliding genioplasty only involves the menton/chin which is sawed, slided forward and then screwed in its new position.

Bimax is double jaw surgery (lefort 1 + BSSO). Genioplasty is a chin advancement through osteotomy (bone cuts). BSSO is lower jaw surgery. Orthogonathic surgery is any surgery involving the maxilla or mandible.

Yes Bimax+genio which is commonly called "trimax" in here.

Don't waste too much time here : get the knowledge and plan your bimax+genio as soon as possible with a good surgeon and your insurance.

The less time you spend in your current incel/subhuman form the better. We can get you to know what to do but can't make you do the actions.

Do you think it's 100% necessary to do the rhino? I want to keep my nose. Of course do the bimax and genio if that will ascend me. But with rhino my face essence will change 300%, so I don't know.

Ok, do rhinoplasty as your last surgery if you’re still unsatisfied. Bimax + genio first then follow that with lower eye lid retraction. If you aren’t happy enough at that point then get a rhinoplasty. You get some wiggle room that most people wouldn’t get being 6’2”.

I wouldn't do the lower eye lid retraction. I don't know if it's 100% necessary. And also, I think it's a bit dangerous and too much. I would do 100% the Bimax + genio.

Also, I can't put the tongue on the roof of the mouth, so I can't do mewing because of my narrow palate. A doctor told me that I have to use MARPE. Do you know if it's good? Or if can cause any change to my face?

can't make a face shorter, apparently you can bit on a mouthguard BUT don't do it with malocclusion.
