Show me any before/after (unfrauded) with noticeable reduction of the philtrum after bimax surgery. Go ahead.

The philtrum length is exactly the same.
Maybe it gives the impression of shorter philtrum because lips are properly sealed, but it does actually improve the midface ratio.
