shave the mustache and get a surgery to fix maxilla recession, perhaps bimax. a small rhino and minimize UEE by a fat graft.
your eyebrows and lashes are good but your eyecolor is way too dark so do a heavy metal detox so they slightly lighten.
be leaner, your cheeks are too fat.
