I would say try to grow your hair out, it looks frizzy and shit.

Worst part about you is the eyes, but you got good skin from what I can see

Gym for wider neck and frame and overall body, hair is too thin use minoxidil for a fuller look, and use guasha and drink body armor/coconut water to debloat the face
