i was told that vewry often. But the problem is that i cant lose fat rn, i mean i could, but i shouldnt. thats what my doctor said, because when i was a kid i was so underweigh that organs in my body did not fully develop, and now i have to "get fat"/ stay on a hiogher bf percentage so they can fully develop.

i mean yh, thats what i want to do. but i do really not know in what condition my body is. i really do want a healthy body. its a very dump situation.

lose fat until clear abs show its all abt walking and calorie deficit will take time too if u want faster do sport drink watah as well
