What can I do to lose weight quicker ?

Last week I lost 7 kg.what can I do to lose weight quicker.i already take semaglutide tablets.

I mean, T3 + DNP would increase metabolic expenditure to a high asf amount, like say, 4000 Cals, wouldnt need more than 2 to 3 weeks to fully get off the weight u want.

Obviously Calorie Deficit + 10k Steps would help in that cycle aswell, just wont be the main drivers of Fat Loss.
Good thing is you also have a GLP1 Receptor Agonist, which is what people pair DNP with all the time to suppress Carb-Craving.

Basically just a normal deficit, 10k steps, T3 + DNP + Sema will help u lose weight jiffy quick.

T3 is an Exogenous Hormone which replicates your Thyroid Hormone, The Thyroid Hormone (both T3 + T4) Upregulate your Metabolic Expenditure, in a healthy adult, it would be between 2200 to 2500 Kcals. When taken Exogenously, it can highten your ME to a larger amount, so u can burn off more fat, even if youre still eating the same amount of Calories.

2,4 DNP (Dinitrophenol) is a Mitochondria Uncoupler, Meaning it takes the Calories u eat, and instead of processing it to ATP to be used for energy by your body, its released as heat, meaning u dont gain fat anymore unless eating in high amounts.

Semaglutide is obviously going to be a nobrainer, DNP will increase food noise, specifically carbs, Semaglutide will shut that down. You will essentially, lose weight, without being hungry, and if lazy, without doing anything (But obviously, more u do, more u lose).

Obviously I didnt include this because it doesnt help in losing weight, but since T3 is catabolic (meaning it can atrophy musculature), Id recommend hopping on low-dose gear (Like, 200mg test every week) to preserve muscle mass.
