What can I do to max out height before my plates close

The phalangeal and metacarpal growth plates are fully fused but my distal radial growth plates are still open but nearly fused. Am I cooked or can I do anything to max my height

honestly look bro, if ur arms are way too out of proportion with ur torso and overall body u will still grow (might be cope). but as long as your below ur father in height u can reach it or even surpass it

Ty bro this gives me some hope my dad is 6’2 and I’m 5’10 but hopefully I can still grow a bit before they fully fuse
