What can I do to maximize my hormonal health as a 16 year old also trying to ascend

-8+ hours of sleep, going to bed and waking up at the same time.

-Exclusively whole food. Your diet should be nothing more than red meat, seafood, raw dairy, fruit, and honey/maple syrup, maybe some potatoes or white rice post workouts.

-Stop choking your chicken. Save that for real women

-Lift heavy

-Compete in something physical. More violent is better, like wrestling, football, or rugby. Competition is clinically proven to increase testosterone, no different then rams head butting each other for a mate.

-Take vitamin D+K2 10,000 IU, 250mg magnesium glycerinate, and 50 mg of zinc. Will help test production if you are even slightly deficient in any of these compounds. Worth taking all, it can’t hurt. Get bloodwork if you’re curious.
