Forget all the topical shit. You need to be getting regular CO2 lasers, medium-deep chemical peels, botox (after age 25).

You need to keep your hair so high DHT suppression. Never think "I can just get a hair transplant if I lose it". Hair transplants never look as good as native hair and it will make you look older having shit transplanted hair

Estrogen. Blast as much as you can without Feminizing yourself. Need regular blood work to monitor this. As soon as you notice nipple sensitivity, lower dose. Careful with this as some men are very sensitive to estrogen spikes.

Stay lean. 10-15% body fat. Never above. SPF

Make sure your diet is full of collagen. Incorporate bone broth into your diet. Topical doesn't absorb as well unless you stamp your skin.

And don't forget to lift, your muscle mass dictates wether you end up in a cane by 60 or walking fluidly.
