Well you have a very above average base when it comes to structure, id start off w ur coloring and hair. Grow out your hair and do a slickback or anything that adds volume on top because your face is decently wide enough to balance that out, add a bit of volume to the sides too but not too much (dont get any fades pls). MT2 and eye depigmentation for coloring and hop on tret and stay consistent with it for ur skin, Latisse for your lashes. Lateral commissuroplasty for fixing your nose to mouth ratio(you could get alar base reduction too but id be careful w nose procedures because unless you have a really fucked up nose which u dont, they have a very high chance of a botch and ruining ur dimo). Canthopexy for fixing your tilt asymmetries and scleral show.
