What can i do to really ascend. 17 155lbs 5’10

The first 5 pictures are what i look like now. I tried not to fraud w angles and lighting. Been struggling with acne and collagen loss and my right eyebrow won’t straighten out lol. I’m not sure what would help me ascend. I’m willing to try anything but softmaxxes are preferred. Been looking into peptides but don’t know where to start. .
