What can I do to regain my looks?

Few years ago I was better looking. I was also getting good results on tinder and complimented on my looks irl.

I look different but can’t pinpoint what it is. What can I do to go back?

Combination of looking a little leaner and lighting. Really not that much of a difference so it shouldn't be too hard to achieve but you can't run away from the agepill forever

How tall are you? Frame looks small from first pic. If you're considering surgery, lower hairline is ideal. Also, you've got to keep your facial hair neat. Trim that up to a light stubble, or at the very minimum shape it up.

hair in the first one looks more natural and ends up matching better your features, but everything else is quite the same
