What can I do to tan?

Im from germany and dont have good weather here so its hard to tan, but how can I tan with different ways? Im only taking a beta carotine supplement rn

Don't get tan. It destroys collagen and makes you look ethnic. Dye hair brown/black instead and thicken eyebrows

There are ways to get tan without destroying collagen (obv not talking abt sun tanning), Also this is cope to the max bro no matter how much hair contrast you have being pale will hold you back
