Get a better cut, work on thickening eyebrows and clearing your skin for harmaxx you could use bimax (Le Fort 1 and BSSO) and potentially rhinoplasty too ur recessed so this will be able to fix it if u consider getting a surgery, and there is sadly nothing u can fo about IPD as there aren't any eye surgeries that can fix it and its also very dangerous to do surgeries that close to eyes
