What can I do

c
Facial asymmetry caused by jaw shifting/muscle imbalance from tmj, going to try to fix with some exercises. I'm going on .5mg reta increasing .5 every 2-3 weeks, as well as 30mg accurate. When I am leaned out I may start 5-7iu hgh and 300-500mg test. Topical minoxidil for my lack of eyebrow thickness. View attachment 4341067

Btw my traps are not different sides I was just extending that sides arm to take the picture. my head automatically tilts to the side as well to correct the jaw imbalance from tmj, once I fix the jaw centering hopefully everything else follcows.
Canthal tilt of doom and despair

First reduce inflammation of joint, neutral position with top on roof of mouth, teeth not touching with jaw hanging slightly, this will be daily resting position. Puts less strain on both joints and masseter muscles. Jaw opening corrections, open your mouth slowly until your jaw starts to go to whichever direction it leans to, close along the same path. Personally mine pops, so avoid any jaw movements which do that. Releasing tension on masseter which the jaw drifts to by massaging it. Eventually if it starts to correct itself, gets more stable. Less popping, jaw starts opening more straight, tension on the jaw decreases. Then try to build muscle back in that one side of face, hand on side of chin that is weak, gently push jaw into hand. Could find info somewhere else prob we may not have same thing. Make a routine, multiple times throughout the day, not too much or will irritate jaw. Muscle imbalance mostly fixes on its own when jaw no longer drifts
Thanks man, yeah I have it, but I also crack me neck a lot maybe that messed smth up also, could be an extra factor for me maybe or maybe not
