what can i fix about my face?

i genuenly need some help about what i can fix on my face

Your skin seems a bit rough and haves some acne, I would recommend a retinoid like tretinoin. And a cleanser with salicylic acid

I would also recommend to curl your lashes to hide uee and add some more contrast, if they aren’t long enough, try oral minoxidil or Bimatoprost.

Nose is a bit large, I would recommend hydrocortisone to shrink it a bit

I see some nasojugal and nasolabial lines, if you want, you could do filler,
