i want to improve my side profile im already fixing my hair

train ur neck, masseter training u should be good

not bad, all you can really do is get lean.
problem is im currently trying to increase bone mass so im on stuff that retains water in my face but at the same time i want to see what to do so after im off i can be fully ascended

what do u recommend i do and for how many reps
just look on youtube random neck training workout and for masseters make sure to not overtrain them i just chew mastic gum and over time u will get results also if u lean enough ofc

30 mins of mastic gum, falim, stronger gum chewing a day, you could do 2 sets of 15 mins or 3 or 10, make sure to chew correctly though cuz it's quite important
