natural skin blemishes (nasolabial folds, bulbous nose tip, bad skin coloring, faint itachi lines.)
either you're bloated, or you still have lingering malar fat pads. (which, is causing the line near your nose.)
you can get a rhinoplasty to get rid of that nose tip.
and use skin care (there are a lot, so find one you see fit.)
other than that, you're pretty good looking, dude.
