What can i improve n rhino expectations.

its my first time havin something cosmetic n its rhino , i have a deviated septum n i will pay some xtra money for rhinoplasty so i don have to undergo surgery again, i was thinkin for a jordan type nose n wanted to ask what i should be prepared for and if you think i should get something else done too. be brutally honest pls i want to reach my best form bc i had modelling offers too.
also a rating would help.

1u need to train you neck and body to not look like a fuxking skeleton and ogre 2.Be Nt 3.Have better hair 4.Get eyebrows transplant and dye them 5.rhinoplastic and lip implants

now you actually helpful ,stop the hate tho,it wont get you anywhere, thanks for advice i will get my nose done but no fillers bc the upper lip will lift after surgery, bout hair i got sponsored by based n i already see improvement,brows are my problem
