what can i improve on and how to reduce facial fat

im 16 6’1 177 ish now because of thanksgiving but i wanna know what can i do to look better on camera nd get rid of the facial bloat i have pls be brutally honest.
On the camera it makes my lips and nose way bigger than what it is

when i say this i don't try to induce offense. People around you will commonly lie to your face just to make you feel better, but people who will actually want you to succeed will be very brutal. i wouldn't take advice from people like that.

Also Aqualynx isn't a peptide its a localized fat burner, but Retatrutide is a peptide which is a whole body triple antagonist fat burner.
