Clean up diet and stop eating processed foods and refined sugars. Lose weight to lean out, start skincare. Minoxidil on hairline. Brow ridge and eyebrows are fine. Need to fix the negative cantal tilt, perhaps fat grafting. Consider rhinoplasty in the future as well as very light facial hair such as a small moustache. If acne worsens after diet change consider accutnate. Might need genioplasty down the road. Definitely room for potential and being 6 foot helps.
